Reeta is responsible for managing customer relationships at HippocrAItes and leading customer‑facing projects related to the development of healthcare services. She acts as a bridge between healthcare professionals, technology teams and service designers, ensuring that HippocrAItes’ solutions genuinely meet users’ needs and support smooth, effective clinical workflows.

In her work, Reeta combines a clinical background in occupational therapy with strong project skills and growing expertise in digital health technologies, making her a valuable contributor to the co‑development of digital healthcare services.

Reeta approaches service development through both patient and professional experience. She gathers, analyzes and structures feedback and real‑world insights from customer organizations — for example within the DiabetesCare360 development program — and translates them into concrete improvement proposals. During her internship, she focused particularly on evaluating the usability of the Hippo Clinic interface, improving clarity in customer communications, and interpreting regulatory and systemic changes in the Finnish health and social care sector.

Her background in social and healthcare roles, together with her Master’s studies in Health Management Science (University of Oulu), provide HippocrAItes with strong expertise in service systems, regulation, evidence‑based development and the creation of user‑centered digital health solutions.
