- Biobank Cooperative FINBB
- Minna led the design and implementation of Finland’s first nationwide biobank ecosystem, creating a centralized platform for genomic and clinical data. Under her leadership, and in collaboration with partners, a joint data analysis platform was built with CSC in just six months, enabling cross-organizational data access for researchers and significantly accelerating data request processing. This project was a key step in modernizing Finland’s research infrastructure.

- Minna spearheaded major digital research infrastructure development projects that transformed researcher services into modern, scalable, and user-centric solutions. The implementation of the TRINETX solution allowed researchers to independently build cohorts and significantly speed up study initiation.
She also oversaw the complete digitalization of the research permit process: transitioning from a manual, error-prone, and slow paper-based system to a fully transparent, real-time service covering the entire organization.
Additionally, Minna led several software development projects (Tuure, Luotsi, Universal Mapper), ensuring compliance with IMS and SHQS standards, and applied LEAN methods to continuously improve processes, governance structures, and collaboration.
