FUTURE HEALTH
Better care, smarter solutions

Welcome to the Future Health event, where we explore the transformation of healthcare through data-driven, continuous, and personalized care. Now in its third edition, Future Health has become a highly appreciated gathering for forward-thinking healthcare professionals, bringing together leading experts who showcase real-life use cases that improve care outcomes and patient experience.

The event will be moderated by renowned journalist and host Peter Nyman, who will guide us through a series of inspiring presentations by top professionals in healthcare and health technology. Participants are encouraged to delve into the topics that resonate the most, to ask questions and share their reflections.

The sessions will feature real-life use cases, including our DiabetesCare360 development program, offering concrete insights into how data-driven approaches are reshaping care delivery.

HippocrAItes exemplifies how forward-thinking solutions can guide the evolution of healthcare in alignment with the European Health Data Space (EHDS) regulation. The Hippo Health Platform —certified for clinical use in Finnish healthcare by THL and Valvira as an A1-class system — enables secure, interoperable, and patient-controlled data sharing and consent management, making responsible, data-driven care a reality across Europe.

Come and see the Hippo Health Platform in action!

Live demos will showcase how the platform supports both professionals and individuals in managing health data and care continuity. The demo station will be open in the STEM Room, located at the back of the event plaza, during the opening session (1:00–1:30 PM) and closing session (4:30–5:00 PM).

The event is free of charge but requires registration. Remote participation is not available.
